Nabakooza's journey in aviation is more than just about personal achievement—it's about breaking barriers and inspiring the next generation of women pilots. Recently certified, Monica is learning to fly multi-engine aircraft, pushing the boundaries of a male-dominated industry in Uganda, where women make up only a small percentage of pilots.  Her drive and determination have already logged her over 🕗250 flight hours, and she aspires to join Uganda's police air wing in the future.
